Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@aestheticallyambitious.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
